The woman was sitting on her window's ledge, until she (allegedly) fell on accident. Survival instinct kicks in, and she desperately tries to get back up, but she fails and falls to her death.

ive seen a few just like this and one was actually a man intentionally making another man hang by hands and fall, not helping him get back up of course.
 
Ans that's why its important to be fit and know to do a pull up. Or have the enough back strength to pull someone from a cliff
