Careful doesn't mean paranoid. I've seen terrible road accidents long before I started watching gore. Also 90% of such accidents are a result of someone being dumb, drunk or ignorant.
honestly would depend on how you were before, if you were already feeling bad or had problems with similar things it wont do you good, but if youre healthy overall i dont know what you're doing here
