On a more serious note, when you're dealing with head injuries you want to move the head as little as possible as you will most likely create even more head trauma. Which of course is the exact opposite what you'll often see from uneducated morons due to them for some odd reason wanting to as fast as possible get the person to stand up and walk it off or something.
