First guy who dropped is dead instantly. The second guy looks like he's gonna bleed out and die in a couple of minutes all though he could seek medical attention (someone calling ambulance/ make his way to a hospital) but I doubt it judging from the surroundings. I doubt many people are going to attempt to save that man's life.
