Interesting that a family member who found him had just thrown some piece of clothing over his head, like covering some piece of furniture and just letting him hang there more like a decoration until the medics arrive. Instead of cutting him down immediately and at least try to push his bulging out tongue back inside. So he would not look so undignified with it out like that when the medics arrive and start taking pics.
