Sometimes gore sites have forums where in the comments there could be videos that you're looking for. Maybe searching for the maker of the gore tape could help.
Google dot com is the worst place try to find anything. Try other search engines. Ironically you can google "search engines"
Archive.org will have some videos.
Side Note: Archiving is a good idea, because things get deleted.
