used to be a forum called like rapey or rapely(?), it was full of self proclaimed "rapecels", incels who wanted to / did rape somebody, there were also people using it to solicit illegal content
Site is long gone, but it's interesting to look into and think about what was going through the heads of people running it and the people posting on it
