Sergei Golovkin is a Soviet and Russian serial and mass murderer, pedophile, cannibal, torturer, kidnapper and zookeeper, whose victims, according to court materials, were 11 boys and young men in the period from 1986 to 1992. Before he was caught, he became widely known anonymously under the nickname "Fisher". He committed most of the crimes in the cellar of his personal garage, where he brutally tortured, raped, killed his victims and dismembered their corpses. He was sentenced to death by the court and shot in 1996. He is considered to be the last serial killer shot in the history of Russia.
