Matthew Graham Bell was only 21 that really surprised me, he is no doubt the worst pedophile the internet as ever seen, it's not Peter Scully like so many " mainstream " people think. That kind of child molesters are even hated by " normal " pedos.
Years ago I looked into Graham Bell story and his sites, mostly because it was hard for me to understand what the fuck can turn a 21 year old into this. I didn't find any answers.
BUT I once stumbled upon 2 pictures with the watermark " Hurt 2 The Core " and one with the watermark NLF plus a tormail.com email address ( Peter Scully email I guess ), and I was even more confused as they were depicting nothing a person would describe as " sexual " or " porn " .
I stopped even trying to understand that " community " .

The law is now charging minors who take nude pictures of themselves to upload on internet, because they realized it was a pretty big part of the " soft " CP problem. I don't think they ever convicted any minors though, but charging them with production and distribution of CP is a good wake up call.
However if Ripper mixtapes are as CP oriented as you guys say, they would definitely care about arresting him. The law don't really bother with the " minors can't be prosecuted as adults " bullshit. I want to clear one big misunderstanding for you and other people. I wasn't sure if "Ripper is dead" is the real Ripper until he was doxxed by FatalAttraction (another retarded Goreflix user, now banned, but I can give his contacts). Since he was already doxxed before that we all finally realised that it was the real Ripper all along. Sadly, I have no proof of that because that post was deleted, but if you ask FatalAttraction he will only confirm what I said.
This little bastard clearly enjoyed his fame. I can only agree with those who think that he created his mixtapes in desperate search of attention. His "creations" contain some of the worst child abuse videos I've ever seen on the Internet and I've seen a lot. His illegal mixtapes are basically compilations of the vilest CP videos he could find on pedo forums as far as I know at least. Once these videos are uploaded to Tor sites, you can't trace their source and if Ripper had deleted all the evidence from his hard drives, feds couldn't find a solid proof of his degenerate behaviour.
As for him uploading to tor making it hard for him to be found is simply not the case is the fact nobody with the knowledge is able to find him and feds simply can't be fucked
Tor is probably the most secure VPN-like system (multi-layered), but can be breached if enough entry and exit nodes can be monitored in order to correlate traffic. This often is not enough to obtain a warrant (but for international counter-intelligence ops, warrants are not an obstacle.)
Taking down the Silk road was a long an arduous process - and expensive. Such measures are rarely applied to ordinary Tor users, especially when the information gained is essentially “inference” and not proof.
To make Tor stronger, people can offer their own nodes to grow the Tor network, making correlation more difficult, and even instituting randomly-sized and sequenced “encrypted garbage” packets, further thwarting traffic correlation.

- It depends on HOW you use. There are some do’s and dont’s that should follow while using Tor
- If a website doesn’t use HTTPS, just don’t use it. It can inject malicious scripts
- Don’t use search Engines like Google which track you in ways you haven’t imagined. Instead, go for search engines like startpage, searx
- If you download something, open the file while disconnected from internet or in a virtual machine or live operating system
- Don’t use torrent because torrent uses a peer to peer connection instead of using TOR network. It exposes your IP anyhow, use VPN for Torrenting if you wanted to hide your IP
- Please don’t stream HD videos or download them, it will throttle the Tor network
- Don’t maximise Tor browser’s window. It will make you stand out from other Tor users by making your device screen size unique.
- Don’t install ANY add-ons or change ANY preferences. It will make you fingerprintable by making you stand out from other Tor users. You can change the security level that disables Java script. You can also add bookmarks. You can customise this region as shown in the image below
- Choose usernames and passwords carefully. They shouldn’t have any kind of link to your real identity. Don’t check your mails that has been used over clearnet and/or any mails that has any personal identifiable info
- If you sign up for services over Tor, don’t use it over cleanet. Use it ONLY on Tor
- Send messages in chat rooms only when it’s necessary and don’t reveal any kind of personal information.
- There are lots of scamming and phishing sites on dark web. Use Hidden wiki or any similar sites to know about these scam sites
- Don’t do something which might grab attentions of legal authorities like watching child porn. Don’t watch child porn at all, even for the sake of curiosity. It’s not only illegal, but also immoral. Just stay away from it!
- If you have to upload an image somewhere, wipe its EXIF data first. And don’t upload any photos which reveal anything about your personal life. There’s MAT for Linux distros.
- Don’t use Tor for sites that has your personal info like phone number, credit card details, used in clearnet with your real IP and so forth.
- Don’t use mail providers like Gmail (Google has your phone number) to sign up for sites over Tor, use mail providers signed up over Tor and used only over Tor. Protonmail is a good one that isn’t against Tor users, you just need to verify your identity with the code they send with some disposable mail, some Tor circuits will ask you to verify with phone number, change circuit then.
- There are anonymity Linux distributions such as Whonix, Tails and Obscurix (experimental). I personally use Whonix.
- Use Monero for anonymous transactions, bitcoin isn’t anonymous AT ALL.
