It’s a complicated issue. He’s been featured in other posts about zoosadism on sites like Kiwifarms. The thing is, a lot of the evidence that’s connected to him can be argued as being circumstantial. He’s great at cleaning up his necessary tracks and what I mean by this is, everyone knows him and what he’s doing, but there is no definitive proof it’s actually him.
In the case of Levi Dane Simmons, officials were able to trace back and connect him to the zoosadism, but that’s not what led to a conviction. He was convicted, instead, of the sexual exploitation of his nephew and possession of child pornography. One of the key points here is that by actively grooming/harming a child, he was an immediate danger and risk and he required elevated action from the feds because of it.
Tim lives in my state, which is Washington. Funny enough, this is one of the first states that tightened laws around bestiality because of Mr. Hands. It shouldn’t be funny, but of course, there’s irony to be had in the fact that the pressing issue ended up being a man who got fucked to death by a horse after sneaking into someone’s stables. Which apparently, this was an actual problem. There was a legal loophole in Washington that made sneaking in and fucking a horse a legal gray area. Something something Doug Spink.
Anyways, I’m digressing, but I have a habit of writing way too much. The point is, for the most part, animal abuse… isn’t a pressing matter that requires immediate attention. Personally? I think it’s bullshit. I’ve hated way more people than animals, so maybe it’s just empathy fatigue, but I can’t say many deaths I hear about bother me too much. What Tim does? Quite frankly, he deserves to be drawn and quartered. A couple years ago, I spent a summer reading about the entire zoosadism leak scandal and I don’t think I ever really mentally recovered. My dog is the most important thing to me, so I know what you feel when you say you’re pissed. It’s just pure rage.
Sadly, a lot of people view animals as property and truthfully, the legal system is no better. I don’t want to sound like some pretentious vegan asshole but I mean, really, we don’t exactly treat animals well in the first place. When we’re killing billions for meat each year, which is admittedly a necessary evil, there’s bound to be a large amount of people who truly do not give a shit about anything infrahuman, and some of them inevitably end up in positions of power. You add that to the sheer and horrifying amounts of crime taking place everywhere, it ends up being less of a priority.
What can we do about it? Well, a lot of things, but none of them being legal. The only “legal” thing to weaponizing doxxing since it’s not a crime in the US, and so people DID doxx the fuck out of him, but nothing has changed. This might be one of the instances when yet another evil fucker skates through life carefree while doing atrocities behind closed doors that you couldn’t make up in your mind without hearing them from someone else. That, or one of our many homeless individuals snaps at the right time in the right place and unintentionally becomes the vigilante hero we need. I would gladly pay the rent of someone who did. If you want to blame anyone, blame your local pedophiles for swamping the judicial system and leaving no room for other crimes to have significant importance. 1 in every 4 girls and 1 in every 13 boys ends up being a victim of child sex abuse. Just look up your local offenders that are registered, and multiply it accordingly to account for the 60% of sexual assaults that go unreported. Fucked up world out there.
